Units and value of video product (DVD and VHS) sold, 1998–2007

The value of video sales continues to rise, up a further 18 per cent in 2007 to $1,231.3 million. Sales of DVDs increased by 29 per cent to 68.8 million units. VHS sales, in contrast, were negligible, at less than 100,000 units.
